Common in the South Island - often in stock camp areas. Perennial.

 

Identification

A reasonably erect plant that grows 40-60 cm tall. Leaves are wavy on the edges, well veined and very hairy so that they have a silvery appearance.

 

Characteristics

Often seen in patches. A serious weed in some districts.
